Do you offer custom maps?
Yes! We have a dedicated shop section just for custom maps. After purchase, we will send you mockups via Etsy messages before printing to ensure your complete satisfaction.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. To process a replacement, customers must submit clear photos of the entire product and the original packaging, including the shipping box, within 7 days of delivery.
My order's tracking says it was delivered, but I never received it. What happens next?
Once in a while, orders can be incorrectly marked as delivered by the mailing provider. We recommend waiting a few days and checking with neighbors in case of any delivery mistakes.
Please note we are not responsible for delivery errors (courier driver errors, stolen packages, etc). We are happy to assist you in filing a lost package claim, but we are unable to offer refunds or replacements once a package is marked as delivered.
