1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order timeline is composed of two parts: Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Processing Time: All of our signs are custom made to order! Please allow 3-5 business days for us to design, cut, coat, and package your unique metal art.

Shipping Time (US Orders): We offer Free Shipping on all orders, which typically takes 5-8 business days for delivery after your order has been processed. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Please note: During peak seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience!

2. Can I see a proof or preview of my personalized sign before it's made?

To ensure we can process orders as quickly as possible, we do not automatically send proofs or previews.

Please be assured that we will create your sign exactly as you've written in the personalization box, including capitalization. We kindly ask that you double-check all names, dates, and spelling before submitting your order. If you have a special layout request, please message us immediately after ordering.

3. Are your signs suitable for outdoor use?

Absolutely! Every sign is crafted from durable 16-gauge steel and then professionally powder-coated. This process creates a high-quality, weatherproof finish that is rust-resistant and built to withstand the elements for years of outdoor display.

4. What is included for hanging the sign?

Yes! For your convenience, each sign includes pre-drilled mounting holes and the necessary mounting hardware (screws). Your sign will arrive ready to hang.

5. I made a mistake in my personalization! Can I change it?

Please contact us via Etsy messages within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change.

Our orders are sent to our laser cutter very quickly to ensure a fast turnaround time. Once an order has entered the cutting queue, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes.

6. What is your return or exchange policy?

Because each sign is custom-made and personalized just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there is a mistake with the personalization that was our error, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue, and we will be happy to resolve it for you.

7. Do you take custom design requests?

Yes, we love custom projects! If you have an idea for a unique sign, a business logo, or a special design that you don't see in our shop, please send us a message with your ideas. We would be thrilled to help bring your vision to life in steel.
