Leaving a message for the seller - Please do not leave instructions to add items not included the listing

1. Please do not leave special instructions in the "Add an optional note to the seller" box, unless directed to do so in the listing, without contacting me first. I may not have the materials or capability to make your request.

2. Also, please do not add on items that are not included in the listing such as adding additional charms, stamping or engraving.

3. Please do not leave instructions stating that you "need" an item by a certain date. Processing times are available in all listings. I always meet or exceed my stated processing time.

Custom and personalized orders

Please contact me PRIOR to purchasing an item if you would like a customization of any product available in my shop or if you would like something not seen.

Please include the following in your correspondence for any custom orders:
1. What would you like? Please include details.
2. When do you need it?
3. How many do you need?
4. What initial do you need (if applicable)?
5. What colors do you need (if applicable)?
6. Any other special requirements.

This will eliminate confusion and an additional benefit is that all of your answers will be addressed in one message.

Can a pair or set be split into two boxes?

I am sorry but this is not possible.

Shipping is calculated based on weight and the addition of another box changes the weight and this could cause an increase in postage.

There are also other factors to consider. I make all of my card inserts and I may not have a single card insert. There is the additional cost of packaging two separate items, as well as double the time to package the order. I also have to keep track of the special instructions which adds time to the order too.

I value my customers so please do not ask to separate a pair because it bothers me to write to you to say that I cannot.
