Design and print color must be the same on all cups within your order (both sides). If you need more than one design or print color, separate orders must be placed for each design and/or print color wanted.

Our stadium cups are screen printed using a permanent ink. Hand washing recommended for longer lifespan and print quality.

HOW TO ORDER

Choose cup quantity and size from first drop-down menu, and print color from second menu. The print options menu is for the color of your text/design print, not the color of your cups (cup colors to be left in personalization field along with your customization info). Only one print color allowed per order. If you would like more than one print color, separate orders must be placed for each print color wanted.

QUANTITY TIP:

Due to price breaks in higher quantities, if you think you might need some extras in case of delayed RSVPs (or maybe you just want to keep some for yourself), we highly recommend ordering the next quantity up, as it will be cheaper that way. If you wait to order more after your original order has been produced and/or shipped, you will need to place a new order at the smaller quantity price point you’re reordering. By ordering more together ahead of time, you will be taking advantage of the smaller price per unit at the higher quantity bracket. We do offer a 20% off coupon for reorders, but it would still be more expensive that way.

ADD YOUR PERSONALIZATION:

Please add the following information to personalization field, or leave us a "note to seller" during checkout (you can also send us an Etsy message upon purchase):

• Design details, thoughts, and ideas that can help us personalize your items.

• Event date (or other date wanted, if different). If you do not want a date on them, please still let us know date needed by, so we can note the order and make sure we can get them to you on time.

• Additional text, hashtag, location, etc., if needed and/or wanted.

• Let us know the fonts you'd like to see in your design (leave font names). If font wanted for this design is from one of our pre-made designs, please send us the link to the design you'd like the font from, and we switch it for you. If you're not sure, please check additional images to see some of our suggestions. If you don't like any of the fonts from any of our other designs or suggestions, please let us know name of font wanted and we will be happy to customize this for you just the way you want it!

• Cup colors wanted. Color charts available on additional images. You can have up to 4 cup colors and amounts will be divided equally. Minimum of 12 cups per color is required. Make sure to look at the title of color charts for size wanted. Different colors are available for different sizes. If you choose cup colors from wrong color chart, your order will be delayed as we will need to contact you for color or size change. If cup color is not left with your instructions, sample will be made in the same color as this listing's default image, and if approved, sent to production.

• Any special instructions you might have.

If any required personalization info is either incomplete or missing from the personalization field or order notes, and it was also not sent to us after purchase (such as cup color for example), we will contact you for clarification and your order will be on hold until we hear back from you. If your order is significantly delayed because of incomplete and/or missing information, and we do not hear back from you in a timely manner, resulting in changes in ship date, this information will be updated on Etsy, and you will receive a notification with your new ship date.

In order to avoid mistakes, the personalization info you leave us is typically copied/pasted into the sample we make you for approval. When sending your information, please be sure to check for spelling and grammar. We are not responsible for spelling and/or grammar mistakes on your part. Your items will be personalized with this information, exactly as you provide it to us. If and when we catch spelling/grammar mistakes, we will fix it for you, and let you know so you can confirm, however, if we don’t catch it in time, and sample is approved by you, they will be produced as in sample approved.

• If you have a reference image of design wanted, and/or and idea you would like to implement on your design, please send us an attachment in a message via an Etsy message.

ALREADY HAVE A DESIGN MADE?

If you already have a design made, please email it to us at info [!at] thatweddingshop.com. Formats preferred are ai, eps, or svg. Next would be high resolution pdf, or transparent png (PDFs and pngs can be attached on an Etsy message).

Please make sure to send us a high-resolution image for your logo or personal design for the best possible print. If not available, please send us what you have and we will make it work, however, please understand that without a high-resolution transparent image, we cannot guarantee a sharp print. Low resolution images might cause your print to be blurry and/or pixelated, and small/fine details might be lost.

CREATED YOUR DESIGN ON CANVA?

If you created your design on Canva, you can also send us the link to your design, or share an invitation to the same email address (info@thatweddingshop.com), and we can pull the artwork from our end.

GRAMMAR TIP:

For designs with last names in plural form, the same rule used for most nouns applies: They typically get formed by adding “-s” at the end (e.g. “The Smiths” - no apostrophe). Except, that is, if the name already ends in s or z (“Davis” or “Rodriguez”). Then the plural is formed by adding “-es” at the end (“The Davises” or “Rodriguezes” - also no apostrophe). Apostrophes are only used when referring to possession (e.g. “The Smiths’ Wedding”, “Brittany’s Big Day”), and therefore, wrong in this context. If you’re not sure, feel free to ask us and we will let you know what the correct format is.

If you don’t like how the last name looks like in plural form, and you would prefer something else instead (“Mr & Mrs Smith”, or maybe just “Smith”, for example, or anything else), just let us know and we will take care of it for you :)

DIGITAL SAMPLE:

You will receive an Etsy message from us with your artwork proof for approval within 5 business days. During busy times, this time frame may increase to up to 10 business days (2 weeks), but please don’t worry, as your estimated delivery date will remain the same as it was when your order was first placed, regardless of when your sample is sent, as we hold your place “in line” until it is (unless sample is significantly delayed because of missing information from in order, such as cup color).

Please check your Etsy inbox for messages during this period. Don’t just wait for an email notification from Etsy letting you know you have a message from us, but actually check your Etsy inbox, as very often, those will end up in your spam folder. Please note that you will also need to reply from your Etsy inbox, and not straight from your email provider's inbox, as we will not receive your message that way.

Please also make sure you are signed in your Etsy account when placing your order (or sign up if you don’t have one yet), as if your order is placed “as a guest”, you might not receive our messages for mock-up approval at all, which may delay your order.

We cannot send your items to production until your design is approved. If we do not receive a reply from you with design approval within 5 business days of us emailing you digital sample, your order might be delayed and/or need to be canceled if too much time has gone by. If sample approval is significantly delayed, resulting in changes in ship date, this information will be updated on Etsy, and you will receive a notification with your new ship date.

You can make any revisions to your sample during this time. If you need to make any changes to your design, please make sure to do so before your sample is approved. Once sample is approved, we cannot guarantee further changes as your items will already have been sent to production. In the event that changes are still possible, additional fees may apply (depending on the current production stage of your items).

When reviewing your digital sample, please make sure to double check for any mistakes we might have made on our end (such as wrong spelling, wrong date, colors, etc.). Let us know if something is not right, and we will revise it for you and send you an updated mock-up for approval. While these mistakes are not common, we are human, and they might happen from time to time. If your order is approved with a mistake we made, and this was not corrected by you before approving it, unless we catch it in time, your items will be produced and shipped to you exactly as in sample approved. If this happens, we do offer 20% off the regular price if you would like to place your order again with corrected information, however, your original order will not be eligible for a replacement and/or refund. Please understand that it is your responsibility to make sure all information and colors in the digital sample we send you are correct, as this is why we send it to you :)

MESSAGE REPLIES:

Messages are usually replied to within 24-48 hours, however, during busy times, this time frame may increase depending on our daily message volume. Please note that we respond to messages in the order they were received (oldest to newest). With that being said, please keep that in mind that if you send us a new message on the same thread following up on your previous message, Etsy will automatically bump the whole message thread to “most recent”, delaying our reply, therefore, if you haven’t heard back from us yet, please do not send us a new message, as the thread will become brand new again, and it will just take us longer to get to it. Don’t worry, we see you :)

STANDARD PRODUCTION & SHIPPING:

Our standard production time is currently 3-4 weeks depending on current production volume and how long it takes you to approve digital sample. Most orders ship much faster than our full 4-week max handling time, however, during busy times this estimate is closer to this period. Standard shipping is used with standard production (ground shipping - does not guarantee delivery date, only an estimate, give or take a couple of days).

Please also note that during busy times, depending on your need-by date, your original ship date might be pushed an additional number of days (up to 3 weeks max – but of course, still before your need-by date), as we might be receiving an unusual amount of rush orders that are needed earlier. If we do need to push your ship date, you will receive a notification in your Etsy inbox with your new ship date. Thank you for understanding! :)

RUSH PRODUCTION & SHIPPING:

1-2 weeks depending on production volume and date needed by, given your digital sample has been approved. We are not to be held responsible for production delays due to delays in digital sample approval. Orders purchased with the rush production upgrade are shipped with shipping methods that guarantee delivery date.

Not sure if you need to rush your order? During busy times, our handling time with standard production is close to 4 weeks, and standard shipping might take up to 7 business days depending on your location (given there are no unexpected delays on carrier’s end). With that being said, if your cups are needed within 30-45 days of the purchase date, we highly recommend upgrading to rush production to guarantee they will be delivered in time.

REPLACEMENTS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the custom nature of our products, unless defective, misprinted, or there has been a mistake made on our end (different from sample approved), personalized items are not eligible for replacement, return, and/or refunds.

If your items are defective and/or misprinted, or if you have received the wrong items, wrong personalization, or the wrong colors, please let us know and we will take care of you right away. Please make sure to include photos of the defective/wrong items received so we can forward them to our production manager in order to get it fixed for you.

FREE BRIDE & GROOM COOLER SET

When available, we include a free bride & groom cooler set to your order. Please note that these are not guaranteed, or part of your order, but a free gift we like to send with all our wedding orders when we can. If you didn’t receive a bride & groom set with your order, we apologize, but we probably didn’t have them in stock at the time when your order was shipped, and they will not be shipped at a later date. Not available for sale separately.

If you’re a same-sex couple, make sure to let us know in your order notes before checking out so we can send you the correct set (bride & bride or groom & groom). If no note is left, but names are obviously same-sex names, we will try and catch it in time and send you the correct set, however, if your names are more gender neutral and can go either way, unless specified in your order, a bride & groom set will be received (not eligible for replacement/exchange, and a new one will not be shipped).

Our bride & groom coolers have a fixed design (white coolers with black print for the bride / black cooler with white print for the groom), and do not allow for color change and/or customization.
