shahbaan - seriously! you dont understand ME!? how am I responsible for INDIA's postal system??? tomorrow morning i will send you copies of the receipts that i mailed you back your stones -

1. u knew about the urgency in needing my order by a specific date - you werent able to fulfill that obligation - right then and there you should have returned my money

2. instead of having me send the stones back to you in new york, you had me send you them in india - i couldnt afford the $80 to send them any other way than the USPS which i sent registered but india only allows me to insure that package for $40 - so now i'm out over $140

3. i will be convoing you back the images of my receipts which prove that i have fulfilled my obligation to you - then you will refund me the monies you owe me

4. if that is not to your liking, i will contact american express in the morning and let them know of this situation thus putting a hold on your paypal account anyway

5. i will also be contacting etsy admin to dispute the retaliation feedback that you made because as a BUYER i should be protected - how am i to know that you didnt get the stones back

this is awful customer service and i did everything i needed to do beginning with contacting you before i even made the order

if i committed to a client something like this and i didnt pull through, i would have initiated the refund immediately and i would have sent the client a prepaid envelope to get my supplies back. i am so upset over this - you should have never agreed to take my order if there was any chance that you werent able to fulfill it and you should have had me send it somewhere where it could be tracked.
