A personalized blank book ready to go with you in your handbag. Soft leather cover, hand dyed and beautifully engraved with delicate bookbinding designs and personalized with a handgraved text up to 20 words. As you can see in the examples, your book will be made as a OOAK piece.

♣ Authentic binding technique on soft cover, without glue, sewing directly on the spine with strong linen thread.
♣ Closed with a leather tie that wraps around it several turns.

♣ This is a custom order, the journal will be made for you! (main photographs are examples of custom orders.

♣ The personalization on the cover and the first page is included. It is free of additional charges. You don't need to purchase anything else in my shop.

♣ I can engrave your text in any language, but only with the roman alphabet as you can see in the samples.

♣ The engravings are not simply "written" or stamping with a machine: they are truly made by hand, blind tooled with original bookbinding brass types, letter by letter, and you can touch the relief on the cover.

♣ As they are premade bookbinding types, to engrave the main text I only use the style of capitals that you can see on the examples. To print a name, a date, or a singular word I also could use another size to make it harmonious.

♣ I'll engrave your text on the cover as near as possible you send me, but long lines will be made on two lines if there is not enough space. I usually choose the place on the cover (front or back) depending the length of the text, unless otherwise specified.
The first page text would be edited to fit also.

♣ I usually send two reminder messages after the first with the final pictures, but if finally I have no response I'll send the item to the Etsy address provided.

♣ I'll be happy to follow your preferences if you have something in mind (thread color, lighter or darker finishing, design arrangement...) :)

I could need between 1-4 weeks for custom orders to be completed (please check item's description). Must be paid at time to the order.

* Personalized journals: I always send some pictures before ship to your email. To ship your book, I need confirmation of the address and a phone number. Please, check your email periodically after order your book.

I take and process the photos as similar as possible to the reality. However, it is obvious that slight differences will still exist, about the colors especially.

Please, note the leather is organic, and there are some differences between the pieces.

Ready-to-ship Orders will be packaged and shipped on 24-48 hours once payment is received. I will send you a notification that your order was processed, with the track number, so you’ll be able to follow the delivery status.

Please NOTE: you must have more time to manufacture the products in those items that are Made to Order (for example, Summum Meditatio Personalized Journals). This time should be about 1-4 weeks depending the item purchased.

All my items are shipped from Spain carefully and nice packaged, for gift.

-- If lost: You will receive a refund if the package is lost. I'll do after confirmation of Postal Service.
-- If delayed: You will receive the refund of the shipping costs once the package is delivered. A package is considered delayed after four weeks.
-- If damaged: If your package appears to be damaged by the postal services, you have to fill in a report at your post in the moment you receive your package, and send me a scanned copy of the file, in order to verify and proceed with the refund.

Just perfect. This book is made very skillfully and Raquel is an amazing artist and so nice if there is any problem with the parcle. Got my second journal from her now. I have had the first one for years in regular use and it endured being taken on many adventures without damage. Amazing quality of real craftmanship.

I bought a prayer journal for my dad for Christmas! He loved it! He said it was his favorite gift! The journal was Gorgeous the packaging was amazing. Shipping was on time and the shop owner kept me in the loop and sent me pics before shipping in case changes needed to be made. I definitely would recommend this shop. Worth every penny!!
