My pillow covers are constructed with the measurements of the pillow inserts in mind.

Pillow covers are sewn after stated measurements are marked on the INSIDE, where the pillow insert will go.
Example: a 16"x16" pillow cover will measure exactly 16"x16" seam to seam on the INSIDE of the pillow cover.
*Given the varying thickness of fabrics & the treatments they are are given to create a design, expect a variance of - 1/4" to -"3/4" seam to seam, on the OUTSIDE of the finished Pillow cover.
