I actually accept custom orders, so please you can contact me if you need a special jewelry o similar to a listed item in my shop.
Take note that the Coupon Codes are not applicable to Custom Orders.

A part of my jewels can be resized for free, if you want a different ring size from the one you see don't hesitate to contact me and we will work together the resizing.

I'm feel happy to help you to find your ring size if you don't know it, you only have to measure the interior diameter(in mm) of a ring that fits you and send me that measurement.

I also have conversion tables, so if in your country the size is different from USA or Europe, I can give you the matching size number.

Enjoy your silver jewelry! In some occasions your skin may oxidize the jewelry.
If cleaning is needed follow these instructions:
- Using a soft toothbrush, wash piece with mild dish soap and warm water. Dry well.
- Polished surfaces can be cleaned with a pre-treated polishing cloth.
- DO NOT use abrasive polisher, chemical tarnish removers or ultrasonic cleaners on pieces containing pearls or stones. (tell me what stones wear on your jewelry).
*** Black or Oxidized Silver:
Some people´s skin oxidize silver and others clean it(due to the PH of their skin). If your jewel is oxidized, it can wear away in time, if you contact me I can describe you how to re-achieve it.
- DO NOT clean and use abrasive textiles to rub this oxidized patina.

All my jewels are gift-wrapped with a beautiful handmade wool felt bag or hard box stamped with my personal trademark, ready to give as a present. :-)

I only offer registered mail, because it´s a safety way. Once the parcel is shipped, I will provide you the tracking number through my Etsy account.
If it has passed 30 days and you do not receive the parcel, please send me a message. I will go to my local post office to make an official claim.

I do not accept returning for a Custom Order item.
If you want to return me an item, please advise me within 2 weeks after you receive the item. Note that I DO NOT return the shipping rate.
The shipping mode must be Registered Mail, the same method as I ship the parcel to all my customers.
After I receive your returned item, I will provide you the full refund(without the shipping rate).
