I make and set every one of them with real gems, if you see a setting you like and want a different gem in it they are not finished so I can put another gem in them. Let me know I can probably do it for the same price or real close. If you have old gold jewelry I can use that and make this in gold for you. Contact me for pricing.

Jewelry care tip:
Non toxic safe jewelry cleaner from two ingredients you probably have in your kitchen! In a small container, mix equal parts white vinegar and warm water (2 tablespoons of each is usually enough), add a drop of dish soap and mix. Drop your rings or other jewelry in the mix and let set for an hour or so. Take your items out and rinse under clear water, gently wipe with soft cloth. You can use this method as often as you like. Very safe and non toxic!
