Our current turn around time right now is between 2-3 business days BEFORE shipping. Shipping is an additional 3-5 days, so if you need it sooner please purchase the RUSH PRODUCTION during checkout. Please order early to ensure you get your items timely.

As per ETSY's policy, We CAN NOT make any changes to shipping addresses once the order is placed. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.


For International Orders we ship via USPS first class international. Unfortunately, with that, tracking isn't always provided for the duration of their journey. Our experience, though, tells us that arrival time is typically between 1-2 weeks depending on your location.

If ordering something custom, please make sure you let us know your specifications in the "Notes to Seller" section during checkout to ensure you get your item(s) quickly, otherwise you will be sent a non-custom version.

If unsure on the size you need for your mug, we typically recommend ordering the 15oz which has a larger and more comfortable handle. All of our items are very durable and sturdy and are made to withstand the dishwasher and microwave unless otherwise noted.

PLEASE BE AWARE: These items are are handmade, so there will be a slight variation between the default photos and the items you receive.
