All items will ship USPS Priority or first class mail within 24 to 48 hours with tracking number sent to you. Shipping at Mystic Pieces takes place Monday through Friday.
Once your purchase is left with the Post Office, I have no control over the shipping process. I send a USPS tracking number with all of my orders and is easily found in your Etsy account. If a package has not been delivered - go to your order and click on "Track Package". This will update you on the status of your item. Or please contact me.

Care instructions
Remove all jewelry when bathing, showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Roll bracelets off wrist to make jewelry last. Let lotion, perfume and oils dry before placing jewelry.
Storing Jewelry
It is best to store jewelry in plastic bags that close tight to keep air from tarnishing silver, brass or bronze.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All my handmade jewelry will arrive in a gift box or gift bag for easy gifting.
Cleaning Jewelry
Silver jewelry: I use "Connoisseurs Jewelry Wipes" for best results. Gently wipe silver to remove tarnish. Most of my handmade pieces include natural stones, and gems. It is not suggested to place items in a liquid solution, it can cause damage to them. Some pieces are created in an "antique silver" finish that includes a black patina to look old and will not clean to look new.
Bronze jewelry: Will often darken to a delicate patina that adds to its charm. Use gentle cleaning methods to avoid altering or removing the patina. Opt for mild soap and a soft cloth.
