**** The Design goes on the front of the blanket. Minky, Sherpa, Quilt are the back side of the blanket. So if you get a Minky the back is white, Sherpa depends on size is grey, cream and etc.
*****Please Note your design is applied with very high heat and pressure. So the blankets will may be thinner when you receive them but will fluff back up after use and washing in the laundry*****
**** Your design in permenant so it will not come out with washing. I can Not change the design once applied.

How do I provide you with personalization details for my order?
Just below the variation choices there is a box labeled "Personalization" Please enter the appropriate information in this box. If you do not want the item personalized, you can enter "None".
Alternatively, On the checkout screen, there is an area labeled NOTES TO Lifestyle Blankets, this is where you can enter the customization / personalization details and any special instructions you have for the order.
Please spell carefully and use exact capitalization. I will cut and paste this text exactly as you write it.
Do you provide "proofs" of your designs?
We can absolutely provide a "proof" of the design you choose. However, PROOFS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST ONLY. To ask for a proof you may simply do so by contacting us via Etsy conversations or via the "NOTES TO Lifestyle Blankets" section of the order. All proofs will be sent using the Etsy message system. Keep in mind that it will delay processing your order until I receive proof approval. If you do not approve the proof within 12 hours, I will process the order with the information I have.
What shipping method do we use?
Most orders will ship First Class Standard US Mail. Shipping times will vary based on your location. You may upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery during the checkout process. Most orders shipped within the United States take 3-7 business days for delivery. Choosing to upgrade to priority mail at checkout will usually get your package there anywhere from 2-3 business days. ***Please Note: We are not responsible for fees charged by customs for orders shipped outside of the United States. ***
Once Your Order is Complete You Will Receive a Confirmation Email Along with Tracking from USPS.

In the event you receive an item that was made in error, please send a photograph along with a description of the Item that was made incorrectly and we will mail you a replacement.

Help! My item was damaged by the Post Office! What do I do?
All domestic (United States) orders that are shipped with Priority Mail come with $50.00 insurance standard. If your item arrives damaged, please send us the following:
1. Picture of the damaged item(s)
2. Picture of the package
DO NOT throw away your items. They may be required to be returned to the post office on occasion.
What size do you recommend for the milestone blankets?
If your using the blanket as a growth or milestone blanket, I like to recommend a 40x50 or 50x60. Most babies will outgrow the 30x40 blanket by 1 year.
What order should I list the monogram initials.
For initials on baby blanket. I will make the initials exactly like the following UNLESS otherwise listed in the personalization box. Children often receive monogrammed or personalized gifts when they are born and to commemorate special occasions such as births, birthdays and christenings. The same monogramming rules apply for children as for adults. Gifts for small children, both boys and girls traditionally follow the first, last, and middle initial order. For example, both Helen Ann Thomas and Harris Andrew Thomas's monogram would be as follows: HTA.
Will I receive my item in time?
Please note once we ship your item the standard USPS shipping is 3 to 7 business days and priority mail is 2 to 3 business days. We can not guarantee if you will receive the item in time. I can only tell you how many days it will take me to make and ship your item.
Do you send customized proofs before purchasing?
I am happy to customize your item when possible. However, due to time constraints I am limited to providing up to two changes to the design once purchased. Additional changes may require a design fee.
Do you sell milestone markers?
Sorry, I do not sell milestone markers due to the variety of markers requested.
