ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER ~ Please allow 14-18 business days for your order to be completed CUSTOM CAN TAKE LONGER(4-6 weeks), Delivery will take an extra 3-4 days through the postal service.
Business days are MONDAY-FRIDAY 7-4 central time zone. The weekends are spent with my family. Any convo or orders received during the weekend will be processed on Mondays.

I know your excited to receive this sign but please understand I'm 1 person, answering questions, cutting the wood, building the signs, painting the signs, and shipping the signs and if I rush they don't try out nice and I want you to love your sign :) Thank you!!

PRODUCTION TIME - read thoroughly and note business days and vacation/holidays:
During busy times/holidays/or when life just happens it CAN TAKE A DAY OR TWO LONGER - date of sale does not count) If you need your order by a certain date PLEASE PLEASE let me know BEFORE you purchase, I can not guarantee delivery for rush dates requested after purchase. I fill orders on a first come first serve basis . . . unless other arrangements have been made PRIOR to order. Again, if you need something by a specific date please convo me BEFORE you purchase, so there are not issues after you purchase if the delivery/need by date is not possible.
**Large orders (including 3+ items and wholesale orders) do take a little longer to fill, convo me with questions**
** No 2 signs are ever the same these are all hand painted by me.
If a color scheme isn't chosen and info left in message to seller section at checkout a color scheme close the one pictured on your order/receipt will be made.
On occasion I make an error {I am human, haha}, please let me know as soon as you get your order so it can be fixed!
If you are ordering from an APO I CANNOT GUARANTEE any delivery dates!!!!
My items are primitive (wood can have imperfections/knots, etc)

1 out of 5 starsShe doesn’t check grammar. I entered the names I wanted on The sign as “Paul & Brittnay” for a sign that is supposed to read “Paul & Brittnay’s Deck”. She sent me a sign that read “Paul & Brittnay Deck”. When I received the sign and messaged her, she’s said she’s not responsible for grammar she just copies and paste. It was not noted to include the ‘s when including the personalization information. She said she could send me a stencil to fix the sign. Never received it. I ended up having to hand write the ‘s . Not happy at all.

5 out of 5 starsThe sign has just arrived and I am so in love with it! It's super well done and although it took awhile to ship it was worth it. Would recommend! The only thing I wish that was done for the sign was a tiny hole to be able to hang on a nail to display in the home after the wedding. But I am over all very satisfied with the item!

4 out of 5 starsThe sign is very nice. However, directions as to personalization were not followed exactly. The sign states "Welcome to OUR balcony...." I believe that I had requested that it say "Welcome to MY balcony." Otherwise, I am pleased.

2 out of 5 starsI received my sign today, not really thrilled, I thought it would be black like the photo and distressed, it’s neither....it’s blue and has a split in the face of the sign, I get distressed this isn’t it, just looks sloppy... Disappointed.....

Issues with your order
You must open your box with in 5 days of receiving and if here are any issues you must contact me with in 7 days of receiving.
Approved returns
If there is a issue with your item and I have approved a return you must pay for the return shipping and it must be received back at the shop with in 7 days of the approval. If received at the shop later then the 7 days the return will not be excepted.
ALL Cancellations
Within 12 hrs of order will be fully refunded
All orders after 12hrs of placing an order can not be canceled.
HOW LONG BEFORE MY SIGN SHIPS
For ESTIMATED production & shipping times are posted on the listing it will vary a day or two due to shipping only 2 times a week. If you need it sooner, you MUST contact me before you place your order through messaging to see if I can complete your sign in time. If you do not contact me before you order and note at check out there is a good possibility it will not happen, PLEASE CHECK WITH ME BEFORE YOU ORDER most times there will be RUSH FEE ADD ON and I will send you the link
