Switzerland is no EU Country! Please know that if you don't live in Switzerland your Country will charge you Customs and Value Added Tax on your Order. You will have to pay this additional cost to your mailservice. VAT/Value Added Tax (TVA) varies from Country to Country. I cannot declare your order as a gift because it is no gift and customs know my business. Most Countrys have a VAT of 20-24%. VAT of the US varies from State to State. Germany's VAT is 19%, plus customs costs. From 1 July 2020-31.12.2020, Germany's VAT will be reduced to 16%. VAT and customs costs will also be charged to you by your customs office on the amount of your order and claimed by your postman. They have nothing to do with me, but with the fact that Switzerland is not an EU country. With everything I order in Switzerland, I feel the same way, VAT and customs costs are also charged to me by my postman. On my articles I can not deduct you any value added tax, because I have not levied any. I am not subject to VAT because I earn too little with my business. I can't declare your shipment as a gift, customs knows my business. If I send as a gift declared, you will be invited to the customs office to pick up your "gift" and you will pay the FULL amount VAT and customs duties on site and I will be liable to prosecution.

What happens if the package does not arrive?
If your package does not arrive, first check the stated shipping times from your country and check with the tracking number where your package is located. It may be that it lies with customs. If it does not arrive after the time specified for your country, please contact me. I will check for what amount your package was insured. I am not liable for a loss of a package by the post office. The amount insured by Swiss Post will be refunded to you.
Why minimalist packaging?
Because the postal prices for envelopes under 2 cm thick are much cheaper, I can not offer beautiful packaging. This from austerity measures for you. I choose the second-hand cardboard box for ecological reasons, because I think recycling makes a lot of sense. I don't ask you any money for the packaging, nor for the mail. You only pay the shipping price that I pay to the post office.
