Frequently asked questions

Framing Suggestions

Please feel free to message me and I can send you more information on frame suggestions and sizes.

Please make sure you have suitable frames before purchasing prints or you know which frames will work with my print sizes.

Do Prints Come Framed?

Unfortunately I do not offer framed prints, due to the shipping costs and the high likelihood of glass breaking.

However, I am happy to offer suggestions in off the shelf framing. Please message me for more info.

Wholesale availability

Yes, I offer wholesale. Contact me for more details.

Fine Art Printing - What is it?

I use fine art printing (otherwise known as Giclée) which means that I use fade-resistant, archival inks (pigment-based), and the paper is archival museum quality paper. Meaning prints should not fade for a very long time (usually 100 years), under the right conditions.

A normal print out of a basic printer will probably last 5 years or so.

Care instructions

Sometimes you will come across dust particles on paper. As I use a fine art paper, the paper can't be treated the same way as normal everyday paper.

Avoid using erasers to remove any dust as it will scuff the paper. Just lightly use clean hands and swipe paper lightly to remove any dust.

If you need to trim print, cover print with a plain piece of paper over the top before trimming, to avoid scratching paper.

Custom and Duties to Pay

Be aware that your country may have certain custom taxes that you must pay once item/s arrives in your country, this is to do with your own countries policies and out of my control. Please contact your local post office or your country's customs website if you are worried this is an issue or would like to find out charges.
