I ship Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays.
As a reminder, these are the average shipping times:
Canada - 5 to 8 business days
US - 10 to 18 business days

Within Canada:
~ FREE for regular letter mail up to 100 grams - no tracking or insurance
~ Expedited Parcel envelope with tracking and insurance included: Cost is dependant on weight.

To the US:
~$10.00 Canadian dollars for Tracked Packet Air up to 100 grams - tracking and insurance included. As fuel surcharges change, Canada Post rates will also change.

~Unfortunately, with the new tariff system, I will no longer be able to ship internationally.

These delivery times are an approximation and can take even longer if packages get tied up at US customs or during severe weather conditions. Please give extra time during the holiday shopping season to ensure that your goodies arrive in a timely manner.

Please note:
*Once a package enters the postal system it is out of my hands. Therefore, I will not take responsibility for lost or stolen mail, or major delays. Please ensure that your mailing info is up to date, to avoid delivery delays. Should you provide an incorrect address we will have to wait for the package to be returned to me. At that point you will have two options:
1) Request a refund, minus shipping cost.
2) Have it shipped back to you but you will need to pay for new postage, and small repackaging fee, as Canada Post will not accept a new address label over the old once it has been stamped with 'return to sender'. In this case I will send you an invoice and will ship once payment has been received.
*For Canadian orders, you do have the option of upgrading the shipping method to include tracking and insurance during the checkout process.
*For US orders, with the addition of the fuel surcharge the price of Small Packet is almost on par with Tracked Packet. Therefore, I have decided to change the shipping option to Tracked Packet only. This method includes tracking and insurance.

For hygienic reasons, I don't accept returns on any of my jewellery items. If there is a problem with the item, however, please let me know. Photos will be required of packaging, before opening, and item, before deciding on an outcome.

All items are assembled (and hand painted where applicable) by me in a smoke and pet free environment. I take care to wrap orders in tissue, card pouches, gift bags, and then ship in bubble envelopes. Treasures safely delivered from my home to yours.

Note about silver plate: Silver plate is different from silver filled.
Silver plate can be glossy, dull, or even give the appearance of a grey stainless steel color. This is due to the level of tin content in the silver plating. This silver composition is plated over a base metal which is, most often, copper. Most of my silver colored charms are silver plated, unless otherwise stated, in the material listings. As an example the high gloss, bright silver charms, or glossy steel colored charms, are rhodium plated.
Silver filled, on the other hand, is a purer grade of silver and the plating is fused to a very thin, stamped brass base.

Item hues and colors may vary slightly from the real thing depending on your browser and/or monitor. Blues, greens, and teals, are especially notorious.

Pay one flat fee for shipping for the first 100 grams. Should your order exceed 100 grams I will request that you pay the additional postage via an 'additional postage listing' on Etsy and must be paid before I ship. Your best bet, though, is to ask me to create a special order listing for you. It's no trouble at all. That way I can combine shipping too. If you would like a shipping estimate before hand please let me know as I have a scale.
