5 out of 5 starsThis was my first Etsy purchase , so I didn't quite know what to expect. It's probably a very good thing that Tess was who I was dealing with! She was so very patient with me, ever changing my mind and being very "bridezilla-ish"!!! The purses are very beautiful and I would highly recommend you purchase from this Shop! Thanks again Tess!!

Thank you for choosing to shop with me. I would be happy to answer any questions you might have (I know it can be confusing shopping with Etsy for the first time) and I promise to get back to you quickly (I'm basically attached to the hip to my mac).
Photos are usually taken with digital macro setting which can make them appear larger than they are, so please refer to actual measurements or ask me if you need more information.
All my flowers and embellishments are made with new or reclaimed fabrics. Each petals is carefully hand singed before stitched securely together. I sometimes use vintage pieces to add a little extra sparkle to a flower but I often hand make my own little flower centers by creating fabric buttons and embellishing them with rhinestones or faux pearls. When you use vintage pieces it can be hard to tell if it's gold or brass! But I always try to describe the material I've used as accurate as possible. If your flower has a center made of real freshwater pearls you will know!

Payment
When shopping with Etsy you have to click on proceed to payment after you've checked out. It will take you to the PayPal site. I accept PayPal and credit cards (through PayPal) If you don't have a PayPal account you can still pay with your credit card. Simply click on the "Pay with PayPal" button after you checkout and choose the "use your credit card" option on the left side of the PayPal screen. I will never see your card information, and you don't have to worry about not having a PayPal account! Make sure that your shipping address and paypal address match. If they don't I will contact you to make sure I get the right address. I will not ship until I've confirmed your address.
DOMESTIC
I use USPS (First Class or Priority Mail, see listing for more details) with delivery confirmation and to ship your order.
INTERNATIONAL
International orders ship via First Class International. If you would like to purchase insurance for your international order please contact me so that I can send you a invoice for additional postage as it varies greatly between countries.
Customs can sometimes be evil and I am not responsible for any fees or taxes that might occur. I will complete a customs form when one is required and I will mark it as "Other" so please don't ask me to mark it as "Gift" (it's not legal).
I treat my designs as babies and ship them safely in boxes inside bubble mailer envelope, so nothing can hurt them on their way to your arms!
I will ship your order (except custom orders) out within three business days after payment is received (unless different is noted in the listing or in case of an emergency, but then I will contact you). But if you need something in a hurry just contact me and let me know if you want to upgrade to Priority or Express Mail and I will send you an invoice for additional postage.

Besides creating beautiful one of a kind pieces I also work a full time job as a graphic designer, so to ensure that I have time for my love, my life and especially for you I will only make custom orders when time allows. So please don't get upset if I don't have time to make something just for you. There is only one of me!
❤ Contact me if you are interested in having something custom made for you. I only ask that you have a clear vision of what you want. Feel free to browse through my sold items for inspiration and if you include links in your convo that's even better. Don't ask me to duplicate someone else designs, I will not do it. I try to cut down on the time spent on convoing back and forth so that I can put that time into creating for you instead. A clear vision will help me get back to you with an accurate quote and estimated turnaround time quickly!
❤ If you accept my quote I will make a deposit listing for half of the amount. This will go towards supplies for your custom order and is non refundable. This is to protect myself and the time invested. Of course I am not unreasonable and should something unforeseen happen I will handle it on a case to case basis. My goal is always to make you happy!
❤ For the most accurate color match I may ask that you send swatches, or samples of fabric or paper. That way I can make sure that I get the closest match possibly. Digital images and computer monitors doesn't always show the same colors and is not always the most reliable source for color reference. But if you have pantone numbers I can match fabric to that!
❤ Depending on the bulk of a custom order I will require between 2-6 weeks for completion. I will include a time estimate with your quote. Should you be in a super hurry I might be able to rush your order for an additional fee (depending on the size of the order). I don't accept returns on custom orders but should you change your mind after seeing the final designs you are free to opt out from paying the remaining balance. But do note that I will not refund the first deposit listing that has been spent on supplies for your order and that if you opt out from paying the final balance I will then have the right to offer these designs to other buyers on Etsy.
Sorry for the long winded policies, I just need to make sure that I am protected and that we are all on the same page. Ultimately I want you to know that I will do my best to make sure that you are absolutely happy with your purchase and should something come up that changes your plans I am not unreasonable to talk to!
