please allow up to 2 weeks for made-to-order items to be processed,
(we aim to get them out sooner, but it depends how busy we are!)

items sent within the UK are sent 'second class recorded', unless the total value of the item exceeds £50 (GB£), they will then be sent 'special delivery'
there are now different sizes limits on parcels, so the bulkier the item sent, the more expensive it will be.


items sent overseas are sent regular airmail which usually takes 5-10 working days to USA, Canada, and Australia, and sooner to Europe.
they may take longer though in the run up to christmas.
items valued at £20.00 will be sent regular airmail (they are insured to this value),
items valued at over £20.00 will have to be sent 'international signed for' to ensure that they are sufficiently insured. this unfortunately jumps up the price.

COMBINING SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ORDERS:

OVERSEAS items will be sent together which will probably mean the overall value is over £20 so they will be sent 'international signed for. this unfortunately is a more expensive shipping option. if i have hugely over-charged shipping, i will of course refund any excess shipping costs.


UK ORDERS- if the value of the total order is over £50.00 GB£, then items will be sent 'special delivery'. if under £50 they will be sent 'second class recorded. as i won't know until i post which size category the parcel will fall into, if i have hugely over-charged on shipping i will refund any shipping costs after sending.

SIZING / CUSTOM ORDERS / CUSTOM SIZING / REPRODUCING ITEMS

if you don't know your size, please let us know your waist (smallest part) measurements, and hip (widest part) measurements.
although the bloomers sit low on the waist, the high (smallest part) waist measurement helps us to determine size and body shape.


please note.....

we do not generally do custom orders,
we will consider making items that we already make in different colours & fabrics though.

we make standard sizes... NOT bespoke items. we will match your hip/waist measurements to the nearest standard size, and not do made to order to a million and one exact measurements! bespoke tailoring costs a lot more money!


please do not ask us to reproduce other sellers/shops items, particularly for a lower price!


we are happy to do bulk orders, but cannot offer a discount.... we are a small business, with bills to pay!
prices are already at the lowest that we can offer them.


we have the right to refuse custom from customers we do not wish to work with.
