What materials do you use?

I use acrylic, watercolour, fluid, gouache and ink paints. I also use different mediums and materials. I will always varnish the pieces for longevity and cleanliness.

Who is responsible for customs charges if any?

CUSTOMS, DUTIES and BROKERAGE FEES: International buyers are responsible for any possible customs/duties/taxes/broker fees, once the item arrives in the country, as I have no control over this.

Information regarding refunds and address changes.

Buyers cannot change their delivery address after the order has been shipped out. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will only be made if there is a defect during shipment with the purchased piece of art. After receiving the painting/sketch and packaging in the same condition it was sent to the buyer. The painting/sketch will need to be packed and shipped in perfect condition. If shipment is lost collector will be able to pick alternatives and those will be sent out free. All sales are final! of charge.

Never hang your canvas painting outside, in areas of high humidity, near any source of heat. Please make sure you clean your hands before handling any painting. The painting has been varnished and does not require further varnishing. Do not place anything on top of the canvas or painting/sketch, lay your painting with the front facing down. Keep away from dust and dirt.

How can I determine colour accuracy?

I will always do my best to accurately represent the colours within a painting. However when purchasing a painting, please note that color and brightness is extremely variable from screen to screen. If you are trying to match colours or have any concerns about color accuracy, please contact me before purchasing so that we can discuss any concerns.
