A new theme to try on, plus Pinterest integration

Hello! It's Anne again from the Pattern team here with all the details about our most recent update. We've got some fun new features and a fistful of fixes for frustrating issues big and small. Apologies if you were affected by any of them, and please let us know if you see anything else that seems broken. Thank you!

In this release

New

• Connect to Pinterest: Link your Pattern site to Pinterest and anything pinned from it will now feature your shop icon. You’ll get access to more Pinterest analytics as a result. Visit your Pattern settings to get this set up.
• Translations toggle: This lets you turn off auto-translation, in case you want your site to always appear in its original language.
• Another new theme—Chiffon: It gives your site an introductory "splash" page and uses some of your photos as background images.

Improved

• Users can now choose between gallery or stacked photos for the Stripe theme.
• Billing is now at the top of your Dashboard settings for speedier access.
• The Additional Info section now looks much nicer if your Etsy shop hasn't yet switched over to the new simplified policies.

Fixed

• The Pattern sites for suspended Etsy shops were just a blank screen.
• Search wasn't working on the Stripe theme.
• Resizing the window while using the mobile preview tool would break it.
• When changing themes, search box preferences weren't being retained.
• Removed the admittedly confusing "Thanks" page from site stats.
• The Stripe desktop preview was showing mobile instead.
• Some checkout things looked a little wonky to iPad Mini users.
• When choosing a new theme in preview mode, the default font would change.
• Changing your brand style options would turn the search bar off.
• Error messages in the mobile preview were all jumbled.
• Any URLs on listing pages were weirdly highlighted.
• Mobile preview was misaligned on the screen.
• The Dancing Script font was getting cut off by the search bar.
• In Vacation Mode, long shop names were getting cut off and away messages were off-center in the Swatch theme.
• Arrows were misaligned on the Swatch theme in Firefox.
