OMG! First, Gary's customer service is top-notch. Immediately after placing the order, I received an email letting me know he would be packaging up the mug and shipping USPS the following day and would provide a tracking number. And he did. It arrived to my aunt, who LOVES it!, in perfect condition. You never know when ordering ceramics, but this was absolutely flawless. And did I mention my aunt loves it? Because she does. I wouldn't hesitate to order again and again.

Ohhhhhhhhh thank you :) I really appreciate it! Customer service: I know what I would like to hear from a seller if I order something, that is good comunication and reassurance. You don't want to be wondering what is going on! And I have shipped a lot of pots, and they aren't plush toys, you have to use a ton of packaging for safe shipping. Thanks again!

Really good quality mug! The shipping was actually super fast and the packaging was impressive, I don’t think there was any possible way the mug was going to shatter lol
