How do I care for my acrylic mirror?

Our mirrors are made from mirrored acrylic, not glass, and should be handled with care. To clean the surface, use only a soft microfiber cloth. If needed, lightly dampen the cloth with water or use an acrylic-safe cleaner. Do not use alcohol, acetone, ammonia, or other harsh chemicals, as they may damage the mirror surface, the engraved paint-filled details, and the protective clear coat. The engraved text is paint-filled and sealed with a protective clear coat for durability, but gentle cleaning is still recommended to keep your sign looking its best.

How do I care for my acrylic product?

All of our acrylic products should be handled with care to keep them looking their best. Clean only with a soft microfiber cloth. If needed, use a small amount of water or an acrylic-safe cleaner. Do not use alcohol, acetone, ammonia, or other harsh chemicals, as they may damage the acrylic surface, engraved paint-filled details, and protective clear coat. Please avoid abrasive materials or paper towels, as they can scratch the acrylic. With proper care, your acrylic product will stay beautiful for years. 😊

My package is lost. What should I do?

If your tracking shows that your package is lost or has stopped moving, please contact USPS and open a Missing Mail Search Request (claim) as soon as possible. USPS is responsible for the delivery process and is best equipped to locate your package. In many cases, lost packages are found after a search request is opened. If you need any additional information from me to assist with the claim, please don't hesitate to contact me. 😊

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

All packages are insured. If your order arrived damaged or broken, please contact USPS and open a claim for the damaged package as soon as possible. Please do not throw away the original packaging or any damaged items until the claim has been fully reviewed, as USPS may require them as part of the inspection process. If you need any information from me to help with the claim, please feel free to contact me. 😊
