This listing is for a applique machine embroidery design. It is a
computer file intended for embroidery machines. The file you purchase
is zipped and will need to be UNZIPPED for use.

No size changing will be done to the designs on my part. Please
carefully read the sizes and make sure it is offered in a size you
need before making your purchase.

All my designs have been tested and stitched out to ensure quality.
Changing and resizing of these designs is not recommended as it alters
the density and can cause errors in the stitches. Apple Dumplin Design
is not responsible for the quality of the design if you edit it in any
way.

In order to use this file you must have an embroidery machine and a
method to transfer this file to your machine. This is a digital
embroidery file, it is NOT AN IRON-ON PATCH or finished product.

YOU MAY:
1)Use my designs for personal and LIMITED COMMERCIAL USE (300 physical
items or less) to create physical embroidery items.
2)Merge my design with another design or font to create physical
embroidery items to sell.
3)Use my pictures to advertise the physical embroidered items that you
offer as long as my watermark remains on the picture.

YOU MAY NOT:
1)copy, share, sell or redistribute my embroidery files in any way.
2)Merge my design with any other design or font and sell in any
digital file format.
3)Claim my designs as your own.
4)Use my pictures as templates to digitize a digital embroidery file.
5)Use my designs or pictures of my designs to create cut files.

Due to the electronic nature of this product NO REFUNDS are given. If
you accidentally purchase 2 of the same design message me with the
title of an exchange design and I will email it to you.

Please make sure you are familiar with your software and embroidery
machine, knowing which file it reads and your limits in hoop sizes
before purchasing.

These are digital files which do get glitches in them from time to
time so if you encounter a problem please message me through Etsy and
I will do my best to resolve the matter for you.
