    You can't Edit Order unless you have canva pro, when I reached out to she if the seller could just change name for me she Took Hours to respond. I needed to have this ready for a Customer and not my time Frame is meses up and I went ahead and paid for the upgrade so I wont look bad with my Customer as this business doesn't care how they handle situations I WOULDN'T SUGGEST THIS SELLER TO ANYONE!!!!! 2 Days after purchasing still hasnt sent me the file or tried fixing the issue.

    Good afternoon Stephanie, I am sorry that this was your experience. I'm sure you can appreciate that I too have private orders that I fulfil and a young family I am trying to support. I can only get to messages in between orders coupled with the fact that I am very new to Etsy so still trying to get my bearings with it. nevertheless I appreciate your feedback and hope for you to have a better experience in the future
