3 out of 5 starsinconsistent sizes between file types. I used the svg and cut out all my pieces only to find that it's too small to hold business cards. I opened the other files and realized the dxf file is sized larger..most likely the correct size. the slots were also inconsistent between holes. Some fit snuggly and others were very loose, even after kerf adjustment. I see this has come up before for you now that I'm looking at other reviews. There were no instructions with this file, but I'd recommend a 1" square be included in each file so your customers can verify what they're about to cut is sized correctly.

1 out of 5 starsThe description says magnetic closerin the design but there isn't one. The images also show the frets, strings etc but the file is just a guitar cut outline with no engraving

1 out of 5 starsAfter cutting everything was putttjng together and didn’t match up, was 4mm vs 3mm tried to reach out to customer service and no response ! Sucks I wasted my time and materials to cut this and not going to come together ! Very upset

As we tried to explain multiple times by Email, this is a DOWNLOADABLE item. You demanded a finished shelf be sent to you -via courier no less, with tracking and then gave a 1 star as our rating when you realized that’s not how this listing works. Sigh. Please Read the listing before purchase
