How do I download my file?
Your download link appears in your Etsy confirmation email immediately after purchase. You can also access it anytime under Purchases & Reviews in your Etsy account.
How do I fill in the PDF?
Open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free at adobe.com). All text fields and checkboxes are clickable. It also works in most browsers and on most devices.
Can I print this?
Yes! Every file is print-ready on US Letter (8.5 × 11") paper. You can print as many copies as you need.
Can I use this on my iPad or tablet?
Yes. Open in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or any PDF app that supports fillable forms.
What if the fields don't work?
Make sure you're opening the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader, not in a browser or Preview app. Browser and Preview viewers sometimes disable form fields. If you still have trouble, message me.
