I am always working on exciting original new designs, which are added to this shop regularly, so please call back again soon to see what's new!
Every piece of jewellery I create is designed to have a truly individual look, inspired by Steampunk, Fantasy, and Gothic art, and also reflecting my own interests and events in my life.
I include in my work items from around the world that I have found in my travels, both real and virtual, and many of the graphic images I use, I design myself. This gives me the flexibility to create unique, personalised pieces for my customers too, so please contact me if you have ideas, themes, or images you would like me to use in a bespoke design for you.
As well as ladies handmade tiaras, necklaces, pendants, brooches, bracelets and earrings, I also make unique and bespoke pin badges, medals, medallions, and cufflinks for gentlemen.
I always aim to dispatch goods well within my guideline times and all international orders are sent with full tracking. UK orders are sent First Class Signed For with an option to upgrade to Special Delivery
Orders to the US are sent by courier/USPS and are fully tracked.
Orders to other countries outside the UK are normally sent by International Standard or International Tracked and Signed. If you need a faster, expedited, shipping service to meet a tighter delivery deadline, please message me via Etsy to inquire about alternative delivery times and charges.
In the unlikely event that your item does not reach you in perfect condition, please contact me. I always check and package items carefully before sending them, and I will do all I can to rectify any problems that might incur in transit as swiftly as possible to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

I noticed my delivery address is incorrect, can I change it?
It is the customers responsibility to check all details at time of order, so please ensure that your order has the correct delivery address. If this is incorrect please contact me within 24 hours. Please note that I cannot change a delivery address once an item has been despatched and I cannot be held responsible for non delivery if orders are posted to the address supplied and this turns out to be incorrect. I cannot refund the order until the item has been returned to me, which may take some weeks and postage costs will not be refunded. If a customer wishes an item to be resent to a new address, additional postage costs may be incurred.
I have been asked by Etsy to review an item but I haven't received it yet.
Unfortunately, this occasionally happens as Etsy can only only give an estimated delivery date based on standard information from the postal carriers and this does not always allow for delays due to busy periods, such as Christmas and other holidays. Also there are delays currently caused by localised Covid infections and restrictions which has in turn led to worldwide logistic problems.
Delivery times are very unpredictable at the moment but please be ensured that your order is on it's way to you and I hope it will arrive with you very soon.
I have refused to accept a delivery, will I get a refund?
If an item is returned to us marked "Delivery refused by addressee" or sinilar, the item will be refunded but postage costs will not be refunded unless I have advised you through Etsy to not accept a delivery.
EU customers only - Etsy have already collected VAT for my order and now I am being charged again by customs in my country.
For all EU customers, Etsy collect VAT on all orders and pay it direct to the relevent country's customs and excise. Although VAT is automatically added to your order, we do not receive this money, it is collected by and paid directly to Etsy. It is our responsibility to put the IOSS number for Etsy on all EU packages, with the amount already paid to Etsy in Euros. This should avoid a customer being charged again, but we know that despite this, some customers are being asked to pay VAT again and I would suggest that if this happens you contact Etsy direct, as they are responsible for making VAT payments in the EU. We are unable to refund any extra charges.
