PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how HOST-C, trading as Randuit and operating the RanduitStudio shop, collects, uses and shares personal information when you purchase a product, contact the shop or otherwise interact with us through Etsy.

1. INFORMATION WE RECEIVE

To process an order, Etsy may provide us with information such as your name, Etsy username, email address, order details, payment status and messages you send to the shop. Etsy processes your payment details under its own Privacy Policy; we do not receive your complete payment card information.

Please do not send medical records, symptom logs or other sensitive health information through Etsy Messages or email.

2. WHY WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use personal information only when necessary:

• To fulfil the contract with you, deliver the digital product and provide customer support.
• To comply with legal, accounting, tax or regulatory obligations.
• For legitimate interests such as securing the shop, preventing fraud, resolving disputes and improving our products, where those interests do not override your rights.
• With your consent, where consent is legally required. We do not use buyer information for unsolicited marketing messages.

3. GOOGLE SHEETS AND HEALTH INFORMATION

The purchased tracker is copied by you into your own Google Drive. HOST-C and Randuit do not automatically receive, access or monitor the information you enter in your spreadsheet. Storage and access to that copy are controlled by your Google account settings and Google’s policies.

4. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We share personal information only when necessary:

• With Etsy, as required to operate the shop, process orders and comply with Etsy’s terms.
• With service providers used for support communications. Messages sent to contact@randuit.com may be processed by Cloudflare Email Routing and Google/Gmail.
• With authorities or professional advisers when required by law, legal process, fraud prevention or the protection of legal rights.
• As part of a lawful business transfer, if the business is sold or reorganised.

We do not sell buyer personal information.

5. RETENTION

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil orders, provide support, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with applicable tax, accounting and legal retention requirements. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Etsy, Google and Cloudflare may process information outside the European Economic Area. Those providers are responsible for applying the transfer safeguards described in their respective privacy policies and contractual terms.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to, delete or receive a copy of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and lodge a complaint with your competent data protection authority.

Requests concerning information held directly by Etsy should be submitted to Etsy. For information controlled by HOST-C, contact us through Etsy Messages or at contact@randuit.com.

8. DATA CONTROLLER

For personal information processed directly for this shop, the data controller is HOST-C, trading as Randuit and RanduitStudio. The applicable seller identification details are displayed by Etsy in the shop’s Seller details section.
