The item was perfectly engraved to match the handwriting, it met my expectations and came very quickly (sooner than I was expecting). The customer service was excellent, very personable and prompt. It’s beautiful and the turnaround time was super quick (I think it shipped less than 2 days after I ordered it, and I ordered it during peak Christmas shopping season). The customized note on the inside looks great, and the vender was great to work with. Would absolutely buy from them again.
