Flick is a young pixie who lives deep in the woods with his many siblings. Even though he's the youngest, he has a special relationship with his eldest sister, Glimmer. It seems to him that his sister always knows just what to say or the right gift to give. He follows her everywhere and studies her movements. One day, as she was reaching into a squirrels nest with a handful of nuts, her necklace caught on a twig, breaking the chain and falling into a deep hole inside the tree. Glimmer was distraught over the loss of her shiny necklace and worked hard to retrieve it, but couldn't fit her hand inside the tree bark. Flick quickly jumped into action, realizing that this was his opportunity to help his hero. He covered his hand with aloe vera to make it as slick as possible, and was able to reach into the hole and snatch up the necklace. Now when the two go skipping through the forrest, Flick no longer follows behind, he now skips right next to his beloved sister who smiles down at him with a twinkle in her eye.
