Ich hatte Bedenken, dass ich es nicht nutzen könnte, da ich Procreate nicht verwende – aber ich konnte alle Schriftarten und alles andere problemlos herunterladen und in Word verwenden. Der Kundenservice ist wunderbar. Die Bestellung bei Brix und die superschnelle Antwort waren genau das, was ich brauchte! Vielen Dank, ich kann diesen Verkäufer wärmstens empfehlen und werde definitiv wieder bei ihm bestellen!!! Hochwertige Produkte!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We have personally tested and verified that this product downloads and imports correctly across multiple devices and Procreate installations. This appears to be a user-side import issue rather than a product defect, which is something we can easily walk you through. A complete video tutorial and written instructions are included to guide you through the process. We reached out directly to assist but unfortunately did not receive a response. We are always happy to help and encourage any buyer experiencing difficulties to contact us so we can resolve it promptly. We stand behind the quality of our products.
