Hi, I’m Markus — the creator behind Form & File Studio.
I build calm, structured tools for moments when life feels unclear, overwhelming, or hard to navigate.
It started as a way to make sense of my own thoughts during periods where I felt stuck, overthinking, or unsure what to do next.
I found that most tools were either too rigid or too vague — so I began creating my own.
Simple frameworks that helped me slow down, see things more clearly, and take small steps forward.
Over time, those tools became this shop. With the same tools I still return to when I need clarity.
