5 out of 5 starsWhile I am thrilled with the item itself; the customer service was lacking. I placed the order 3 weeks before I needed the item and it arrived a day before I needed it. Which it was technically on time, however I did have to order a backup somewhere else in case it didn’t. I don’t feel it should have been cut that close, especially since it was from a seller in my same state and in ordered it 3 weeks early. When I emailed the seller asking when it would ship, I didn’t receive timely responses and when I did it was just that I’d have it in time. Again, I did; however again since it was relying on the post office to be on time, I had to spend money on a backup
