LeanEdge entstand nicht als Geschäftsidee. Es begann mit Gesprächen. Wir beide sahen immer wieder dasselbe Problem – wenn auch auf unterschiedliche Weise.

Unsere Hintergründe könnten unterschiedlicher nicht sein: Systemtechnik auf der einen Seite, Psychologie und Personalwesen auf der anderen. Doch sie alle gründen auf dieselbe Überzeugung: Leistung ist sowohl ein strukturelles als auch ein menschliches Problem. Für uns scheitern Menschen nicht, weil sie sich nicht genug anstrengen. Systeme scheitern nicht, weil sie nicht intelligent genug sind. Sie scheitern, weil sie nicht zusammenpassen.
