MaeWe Media is a small illustration studio where I create calm, thoughtful artwork inspired by dogs, cities, and everyday moments that feel quietly meaningful.
I began drawing dogs in New York as a way to slow down and notice the personality of neighborhoods, the park regulars, the apartment window watchers, the dogs who seemed to belong to the streets as much as the people did. Those sketches gradually became a series of blue toile illustrations designed to feel timeless, gentle, and gift-able.
Each piece is created to feel like something you could keep for years, a mug you reach for every morning, a print that feels familiar, or a small gift that makes someone smile.
My gift-book Streetwise Dogs New York (available on Amazon) grew out of the same idea: pairing dogs with little bits of observation, humor, wisdom, and city character.
Everything in the shop starts as an original illustration, created by me and adapted into everyday objects meant to be lived with, not just displayed.
