I bought three CNC plotters from three different suppliers, but this one is truly outstanding. The support I received from Steven, the owner of this shop, has been incredible. He customized the parts to suit our requirements, was always reachable and friendly, and provided all the support we needed. He even spent many hours helping us configure the machine, even though we purchased only one unit from him. A big congratulations to this wonderful man, and I wish him great success in the future.

Worked well for my CNC machine

Firstly I want to thank Steven for his "over the top" work on this game changer pen attachment. I saw the smaller version online and it was exactly what I had been looking for except it fitted the slightly smaller Hypertherm torch than the one I needed. I sent Steven my required dimensions in hope that he could make me a slightly larger one to fit my Hypertherm 125 torch. Steven didn't disappoint. I sent him the dimensions and two days later it was ready to be dispatched. I received my parcel 12 days later from the US to my doorstep in the UK!! Super FAST! I also had tracking notifications all the way. The game changer is a superb item for a great price, It also has the ohmic sensor if you require it plus it uses generic consumables from Amazon! I cannot recommend Steven & this item enough! 5 Stars.
