The birth of creativity
Ich wusste überhaupt nicht, dass ich kreativ bin. Meine Mutter ist es und ich dachte nur, dass es nicht durch mein Blut fließt. Nachdem ich meinen Job gekündigt hatte, um zu Hause bei meinen drei Kindern zu bleiben, entdeckte ich die Liebe zur Schmuckherstellung. Ich trug immer Schmuck. Ich kann mein Haus nicht ohne Ohrringe verlassen, also konnte ich so viel und alles kreieren, was ich wollte, und gleichzeitig Zufriedenheit und Freude bereiten. Bald fragten Freunde nach dem Kauf meines Schmucks, und zu der Zeit, als ich auf Myspace war und Bilder postete, wurde ich überall darauf angesprochen, Hochzeitsschmuck für Menschen auf der ganzen Welt zu entwerfen.
Ich habe den nächsten Schritt gemacht und meinen Etsy-Shop eröffnet. Vor kurzem habe ich eine Liebe zu Metallen/Drähten entdeckt. Ich liebe es, wie ich ein Stück einfachen Draht nehmen und ihn nach meinen Wünschen formen und Textur oder Perlen hinzufügen kann. Ich bin jemand, der bereit ist, mutig zu sein und das zu tragen, was die meisten vielleicht nicht tun würden. Ich habe Armbänder schon immer geliebt und beschloss, den Versuch zu wagen, eines zu entwerfen. Nun, seit ich sie zu meinem Shop hinzugefügt habe, verkaufe ich mehr davon als alles andere.
Von meinen bescheidenen Anfängen an, als ich nur Ohrringe verkaufte, dann Halsketten, dann Barfußsandalen, Armbänder und jetzt Zehenringe und Ohrmanschetten, ist meine Kreativität offensichtlich ... sie liegt mir im Blut. :-)

I didn't know I was creative at all. My mother is and I just thought it didn't flow through my blood. After quitting my job to stay home with my 3 children I discovered the love for creating jewelry. I was always wearing jewelry. I cannot walk out of my house without earrings on so this allowed me to create as much and whatever I wanted while also providing satisfaction and enjoyment. Soon friends were asking to purchase my jewelry and at the time I was on Myspace and posting pics and was getting hit left and right to create wedding jewelry for people all over the world.
I took the next step and opened my Etsy shop. Recently I have discovered a love for metals/wire. I love how I can take a piece of plain wire and mold it to whatever I want and add texture or beads. I am one who is willing to be bold and wear what most might not. I always loved armbands and decided I would take a stab at creating one. Well, since I have added them to my store I sell more of those than anything.
So from my humble beginnings selling just earrings to then necklaces then to barefoot sandals, armbands and now toe rings and ear cuffs my creativity is obvious.....it does run in the blood. :-)
