Thrive in Business wurde 2018 von Clare Griffiths, FRSA, gegründet, als sie frustriert war, dass sie nicht die richtige Art von Geschäftsunterstützung und Community finden konnte, die sie als weibliche Solopreneurin brauchte. Da sie nicht finden konnte, was sie wollte, beschloss sie, die Lösung selbst zu entwickeln!
Während es einige fantastische Business-Support-Programme für Gründerinnen gibt, die ein Team aufbauen und ihr Geschäft skalieren wollen, gibt es nur sehr wenige Initiativen für weibliche Solopreneure, die ihr eigenes Geschäft in Bezug auf den Umsatz, aber nicht in Bezug auf das Personal ausbauen wollen und die glücklich sind, weiterhin für sich selbst als Unternehmen von einem zu arbeiten.
Als Reaktion darauf beschloss Clare, diese Lücke zu schließen, indem sie inspirierende, informative und praktische Lern- und Networking-Möglichkeiten für weibliche Solopreneure bietet, die - wie sie fest glaubt - in der Welt der Geschäftsunterstützung unterversorgt sind.
In den letzten Jahren hat Clare eine Reihe von Veranstaltungen (persönlich und online) und praktische Lernwerkzeuge für Frauen in der Wirtschaft entwickelt.
Die praktischen Tools, Vorlagen und Lernressourcen, die du in unserem Etsy-Shop findest, wurden alle von Clare Griffiths, Gründerin von Thrive in Business, erstellt und basieren auf ihrer Expertise und Erfahrung als Entrepreneurship-Pädagogin, Innovationsberaterin und Gründerin.

Thrive in Business was founded by Clare Griffiths, FRSA in 2018, when she became frustrated that she couldn’t find the right kind of business support and community she needed as a female solopreneur. As she couldn’t find what she wanted, she decided to create the solution herself!
Whilst there are some fantastic business support programmes for female founders who want to build a team and scale their businesses, there are very few initiatives for female solopreneurs who want to grow their own business in terms of revenue, but not in terms of staff, and who are happy to remain working for themselves as a company of one.
In response to this, Clare decided to fill that gap by delivering inspiring, informative and practical learning and networking opportunities for female solopreneurs who - she strongly believes - are underserved in the world of business support.
Over the last few years, Clare has developed a range of events (in-person and online) and practical learning tools for women in business.
