This is totally normal!

The file format is made for RAW photos, so on most occasions, it will appear to be a blank or black photo in your phone's Camera Roll.

When you open the Lightroom CC app and add the preset to a folder, you will see the photo associated with it, and it will be ready for use!

All photos are different and most require some tweaks to the presets to make them look right for each and every photo!

After applying the preset, go to the editing panel along the bottom of the photo and test the following until you find the right look:

▶ Color ➔ Mix (with the color wheel beside it) ➔ Orange circle ➔ Saturation ➔ Move to the left to desaturate 

▶ Color ➔ Mix (with the color wheel beside it) ➔ Orange circle ➔ Luminance ➔ Move to the left to make the skin darker, move to the right to make the skin lighter.

1. If you're in trouble just contact me I read my conversations often during the day and usually I respond in a couple of hours. (allow me 12 hours to rest at night and I'm from Czechia so consider differece in time zones).

2. There are a few reasons why Lightroom Presets sometimes don't work across all images which include: 

- white balance 
- different/extreme lighting conditions 
- different camera bodies and lenses 
- different locations 
- so many more!

3. The samples are not there to give unrealistic expectations but show you how to take your photos and which are the colors/tones affected by the presets. All lighting situations are different so feel free to adjust parameters on the preset to get the look and feel you are going for.

My presets work with free Lightroom App and it is available for iOs as well as for Android.

How it works: 
After payment is done the purchased files will be available for downloading in your Etsy Profile under menu Purchases and reviews. Etsy website version is recommended.

Please try opening the PDF in Google Chrome or Firefox, for example. If you open it in Adobe Acrobat, that is where the problem occurs. I have noticed this since the last update.
