Custom House Illustration makes a wonderful gift for an anniversary, birthday, or housewarming! All portraits done with Prisma color pencils on Bristol vellum paper. Bristol vellum has a slightly rough surface so texture may be seen. I include a 1 to 1.25 inch border on 8x10s and a .5 inch border on 5x7s.

All illustrations come with an ivory or white mat, framing is not available.

How it works.......

1. Please pick your size and make requested payment.
2. I request several photos of the front of the house emailed to me. I work hard to pay close attention to both architectural and landscape features and will incorporate any special requests you may have.
3. I will email you a proof for your approval before color begins.
4. When illustration is complete, you will receive a digital version.
5. Your custom house portrait is carefully packaged in a cello sleeve, packaged in a stiffened envelope and shipped to you!
