This ink is terrible! It is so diluted and faded when i printed it and made a cup. I send a message to the seller to get a refund and all they said was " my cup quailty was poor, the temperature was off, and they've been selling it for 5 years" no offers to help or anything. I have been using the same cups and had used the same ink for 4 years (they stopped selling) and the same technique the whole time and they have always turned out perfect. The only thing that changed was the ink.
