1 out of 5 starsItem was not as pictured, it is a very small print, shipping took over 2 weeks longer then expected. Customer service was unhelpful.

We explained that the listing title, description and materials clearly state that this product is an A4 200gsm paper print/poster, not a canvas. We offered a return in line with our shop policy, which requires the buyer to cover return postage costs. Regarding shipping, the order was dispatched promptly and delivered from the UK to the US within 8 working days, which falls within our stated timeframe.
