SilkYool entstand aus meiner Liebe zu schönen Stoffen, zarten Texturen und bedeutungsvollen handgefertigten Produkten. Als ich aufwuchs, war ich umgeben von erfahrenen Kunsthandwerkern und zeitlosen Traditionen – als ich meiner Großmutter beim Nähen und liebevollen Gestalten zusah, inspirierte mich das dazu, selbst mit dem Basteln zu beginnen.

Über lose Fäden auf dem Teppich:
Manchmal können Sie feststellen, dass ein paar Fäden oder kleine Schlaufen aus dem Teppichflor herausragen. Dies ist bei handgefertigten und handgeknüpften Teppichen normal und bedeutet nicht, dass der Teppich defekt ist.
• Bitte ziehen Sie nicht an den Fäden, da dies die Knoten beschädigen kann.
• Schneiden Sie sie stattdessen einfach vorsichtig mit einer kleinen Schere zurecht, sodass sie mit dem umgebenden Flor übereinstimmen.
• Handelt es sich um eine kleine Schlaufe, können Sie diese auch vorsichtig mit einer Nadel wieder in den Teppich stecken.
Dies ist ein üblicher Teil der Teppichpflege, insbesondere bei handgefertigten Stücken, und beeinträchtigt weder die Haltbarkeit noch die Schönheit Ihres Teppichs.

About loose threads on the rug:
Sometimes you may notice a few threads or small loops sticking up from the rug pile. This is normal for handmade and hand-knotted rugs and does not mean the rug is defective.
• Please do not pull the threads, as this can damage the knots.
• Instead, simply trim them carefully with small scissors so that they are even with the surrounding pile.
• If it is a small loop, you can also tuck it back gently into the rug with a needle.
This is a common part of rug maintenance, especially for handmade pieces, and it will not affect the durability or beauty of your rug.
