My order was damaged in transit. What do I do?
In the event that you receive a damaged package, we kindly request that that you photograph it before opening it. After you have, then please proceed with opening to checking if the product is damaged. If it is, please submit these photos to us so that we can file a claim and replace your product. Always contact us and we will be happy to help in any way we are able!
May I cancel or return my order?
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their VisParadiseGoods order. We accept cancellations and returns on the following conditions:
CANCELLATIONS
Within 12 hours of purchase
RETURNS
1) Personalized and custom items CANNOT be returned.
2) We accept returns on specific items please check before making the purchase. Please return the item within 14 business days in original condition. We will issue a refund for the cost of your purchase (less the shipping costs). Buyer is responsible for the item's return shipping costs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
DELIVERY TIME: Once your order has been shipped, please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order within the U.S. via USPS First Class Mail.
Or 1-3 business days if you have selected Priority Shipping at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail and can take 2-4 weeks for delivery.
