In our store you will find our own chainmaille jumprings and ceramic jewelry supplies as well as AUTHENTIC directly from Greece, Greek ceramic Beads and Greek metal Castings / Findings (aka Mykonos), NO MIDDLE MEN INVOLVED. Many of the items we sell are not sold by anyone else, and we have the best prices around.
We HAND PICK our Greek beads in person from the small studios in our homeland Greece. Many of them are bigger and more unique than are sold by others, since we have access to a larger selection than any other store that gets them through middle men.
We are listing NEW items regularly, please check back often.
We are slowly filling this store with our jewelry supplies that we either make in our Minneapolis studio, or unique finds we pick up, as we go treasure hunting, during our trips back to our home country Greece and other countries we visit.
We have A LOT more unlisted, gorgeous handmade buttons and larger ceramic beads, either metal coated or glazed, lots of Greek Mykonos -&- more charms and metal castings, findings, cords, gemstone chips and beads, tons of freshwater pearls, sea glass beads, Beads and Metal stampings Made in the USA... we are slowly adding them for you.

Do you make custom size jumprings?
Yes, but for production purposes you have to order a minimum of 1 lb., depending on wire gauge/size. Contact us with any questions.
Can orders be combined in one package?
Sorry, but we can't combine your orders after you check out.
Just check out with ALL items at one time. Multiple orders will be charged multiple shipping fees and will be shipped separately.
I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
We ship to the address you entered during checkout.
If you entered the wrong address, please message us asap via the ETSY conversation system.
As a courtesy, we can usually make the address change if you let us know in time BEFORE an order ships, but we cannot guarantee it.
The best way to insure your order ships to the correct address is to enter it during checkout.
If a package is returned because you entered the wrong address or for "unknown recipient", you will have to repay shipping charges for us to re-ship it.
Do you accept credit / debit cards?
Payment is handled through ETSY's Direct Checkout. The system accepts credit cards, PayPal and ETSY Gift Cards.
We have no access to your payment information, please contact ETSY support for any questions.
Returns details
●We do not accept returns of unsealed bags or altered merchandise
●Leather/Fabric Cords are NOT returnable. We cut these to your specifications
● Items ON SALE and CUSTOM orders are not returnable
●We do not accept returns without authorization, and any package returned without a return authorization number will be returned to you. Items should be whole, in their original UNOPENED sealed package/RESALABLE CONDITION
●We ONLY refund the value of the item and not the shipping charges paid to ship it to you. You are also responsible for the cost of mailing it back to us. Send back with a tracking number for your protection. We are not responsible for lost returns
●We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% on all returned items
Shipping Information
Shipping days are approximate. At times there may be a delay due to other commitments, we will notify you by ETSY convo.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the Postal Service, which include bad weather, customs, or any other type of delays during transit, as the package is out of our hands
If your package is delayed in transit, please contact USPS, as they have the most up to date information on any delays
If the delay is more than 30 days (within USA), or 45-60 days (International), then we could file a lost package inquiry on your behalf
If your package gets lost or destroyed by USPS, and if it was shipped with insurance, we could file a claim. If claim is approved and after USPS has paid us, we will replace/refund you.
International Unclaimed packages and forced returns
In case international customers refuse to pay VAT, custom duty, or any other shipping tax upon arrival of the package, we consider this as forced return.
We don't offer refunds on packages that were not claimed (not picked up) by customer.

We work very hard to make our descriptions accurate and detailed. The answer to your question is probably in the description of the item you are interested in. If not, we would love to hear from you and answer your questions.

My tracking shows delivered, but I didn't receive my package
In the occasion that this happens, please contact your local USPS with your tracking information.
We don't have any more information than you do, about where your package is. Once we ship it, it's in the hands of the USPS and we have no control over it.
We see the same tracking as you do. Most often they will have your package or be able to help you locate it.
If you still have not received your package please contact us and we can file a trace with the USPS.
We'll be glad to work with you as much as possible to help you locate your package, however,
we do not replace or refund the value of items in packages that show delivered.
About free shipping
FREE SHIPPING is for USA orders over $35.00 order total, AFTER other discounts have been applied, and before taxes and shipping.
