Parisian Wall Hangings: Eiffel Tower, Fleur-De-Lis, & Une Autre Fleur - Interlocking and Overlay Mosaic Crochet Patterns and Charts
Digital file type(s): 2 PDF
This eBook is for my three Parisian-themed Wall Hangings:
Eiffel Tower Wall Hanging
Fleur-De-Lis Wall Hanging
Une Autre Fleur Wall Hanging
Each pattern is written for both the interlocking crochet technique and the overlay mosaic crochet technique.
My Eiffel Tower Wall Hanging was originally published in Crochet Now! magazine. They use UK terminology; I use US terminology. For the UK version of this pattern you'll need the magazine.
**You will receive two files**
- one with the interlocking crochet patterns
- and one with the overlay mosaic crochet patterns
**As of June 2022** I have updated the Eiffel Tower pattern, the yardage amounts should say:
**For Interlocking Crochet**
• Scheepjes Organicon (Or any fingering weight yarn to meet gauge) (1850 yards total)
o Main color (MC) – 900 yards plus 50 for optional border
o Accent color (AC) – 150 yards each of 6 colors, 900 yards total
- Crochet hook: 3 mm (C/2)
- Stitch marker
- Gauge: 13 stitches x 26 rows in one color = 4” square
**For Mosaic Crochet**
• Scheepjes Organicon (Or any fingering weight yarn to meet gauge) (170m per 50g skein/ball) (1156 yards total)
o Main color (MC) – 3 balls (510 m / 558 yards)
o Accent color (AC) – 1 ball each in 6 colors (90 m / 98 yards of each color)
- Crochet hook: 3 mm (C/2)
- Gauge: 26 stitches x 26 rows = 4" square
The interlocking crochet patterns all come with written line-by-line instructions, a chart, and instructions for adding fringe and a dowel.
The overlay mosaic crochet patterns all come with written line-by-line instructions, an x-marked chart, instructions for an optional envelope border, and instructions on adding a dowel.
The Locked Filet Mesh (LFM) interlocking crochet method uses only chain spaces and double crochets to create a mesh; two colors are worked alternately which creates the pattern.
Mosaic crochet uses single crochet and double crochet stitches. The double crochet stitches cover some of the other color's single crochet stitches to create the design. My patterns instruct you to cut your yarn at the end of each row. The back is striped but often gives a faint impression of the pattern on the front (sort of like illusion knitting).
I have YouTube tutorials available for both crochet methods! Follow this link to get to my YouTube channel and find my other social links: linktr.ee/LFMandMosaic

What a wonderful pattern this was. Really enjoyed making it
The pattern is very well written. I am halfway finished making this blanket and it will not be my last one. It’s beautiful!
I wanted this for Cat patterns. I'm very happy 😊
The finished project looks great. Directions were easy enough to follow, although it took me a few rows and a lot of patience to get the hang of mosaic crochet.
