2. In the personalization box let us know the name you want to appear at the top of the print. Please make sure it is EXACTLY the text you want, with no spelling mistakes.
3. Click “Add to basket” or “ Buy it Now”. Checkout and pay.
4. You will receive a digital proof within 24 hours to review. Please watch for this in your email and etsy messages and review as soon as you can - the faster you review, the faster we can get your beautiful poster to you!
5. If there are any final changes we will adjust the digital proof and send back for a final review within 24 hours.
6. Once you provide a final approval your file will start printing right away and arrive at your door within 10 Business Days.

Cancellation and full refund is available if NO customization work has begun.
1. If customization of the file has started you will be required to pay $20 CDN for the Designers time to customize your file, and the remaining balance will be refunded minus the $20CDN if the file has not been printed at time of cancellation.
2. If design customization has been completed and the files have begun printing, there will be NO refunds as this is a custom artwork piece.
3. If you receive the printed poster and it is damaged in any way or you do not receive the poster, let us know asap so we can fix it for you.
