On a Web Browser:
● Sign into your Etsy account at Etsy.com.
● Navigate to "Your account" > "Purchases and reviews".
● Find your order and click "Download Files". If you don't see the button, look for a tiny grey arrow on the right of the order and click it. This will take you to the Downloads page.

If Payment is Processing: The "Download Files" button will appear grey until the payment has finished processing

IMPORTANT: Please download and save your files right after purchase. Once an artwork is removed from Etsy, it will no longer be available for purchase or download

When you buy printable art from my Etsy store, the description will tell you the largest size you can print it in and the aspect ratio (shape). You will receive high-resolution JPG file(s) that can be printed up to that largest size or any smaller size, as long as the aspect ration (shape) stays the same. This ensures your print looks right and high quallity.

For instance, if it says the largest size is 24x24 inches, you can print it smaller, like 12x12 or 8x8 inches, and keep the quality and shape.

If, however, you want the art in a different shape/size, please send me a message via Etsy messaging to confirm I can provide it BEFORE you make the purchase.

Once you've purchased and downloaded your digital printable file, you can easily have it printed to display in your space. For the finest quality reproductions of your downloaded art, you are recommended to use a professional printing service.

If you bought a digital download as a guest, you'll receive a download link in the purchase receipt email from Etsy. Can't find the email? Check your spam or junk folder. Gmail users, also peek into your Social and Promotions tabs. If still missing, try adding transaction@etsy.com to your contacts or safe list to help future emails from Etsy show up more easily.
