This ring is absolutely gorgeous and the customer service was amazing. My first time ordering it I ordered the wrong size (totally my fault) and the Ruby was a little shaky. I got in contact with the store owner and there was no problem with exchanging the ring at all. I now have received a ring that fits perfectly and it is set nicely. I couldn't have asked for anything better. (:
