Due to the nature of digital download products, refunds can only be given in the event of an unfixable error, false description or representation of the product on our part, or if you accidentally re-purchase a product you have previously purchased.

There is no refund for digital goods, once your files have been downloaded from your Etsy account. Please read the information in the listing about the format and file types before buying.

We will also refund your purchase in the event that you misunderstood it to be a physical product that would be shipped to you, provided you have not downloaded any of our files from Etsy. We are reasonable and, as there are exceptions to everything, will make exceptions in extraordinary circumstances.

You can use our graphics for Personal or non-profit projects without credit as long as NO MONEY is made.

- You may use this design to create and sell PHYSICAL items for your business use (ex. shirts, mugs or prints).
- Digital paper and digital prints, digital items for scrapbooking, invitations, cards and party items - OK.

✓ YOU MAY NOT
- Shared, resale, repackage or redistribute any artworks by ClipArt4Dream.
- Claim the digital items or any part of the designs as your own.
- You MAY NOT resell this design or use any part of it to create other DIGITAL clipart, embroidery formats or digital cutting designs for purchase, you may not resized or changed in any way.

You can use these files to make digital paper if there are more than 30% changes and more than 30% of the area is occupied. Cannot be sold as is, separately or as part of other sets. Thank you

No. You may not give away DIGITAL files for free, even for charitable purposes.
BUT you can do that with any physical product you make with these designs.
